Chili's Grill - Fort Worth

I had to find our own utensils, napkins, delete our dirty plates (it was a 2-person table), find our server to order several times / ask for refills. It was quite annoying. The chicken nachos tasted old Blande. I liked the layout. Accessibility: Where is the disabled parking space?

They have a pretty fantastic bar tender Nick. And to go kid named Tucker. They never mess up my orders, and go out of their way to help you. Very cheap. Good eats.Parking: This location has a large side street for semi parking.. to pick up to go orders. Easy highway access and maneuverability for a semi.

I had to wait a long time to be seated, this location wouldn 't let me use the coupon in my email during lunch but that was NOT included in the list of exclusions AND I have used it with no problem at other locations. The server said him manager felt that using a free appetizer coupon with lunch was a double promotion .Finally, I needed to leave but the server took way too long to come back to check on me so I could ask for a to go box. I think that will be my last time at that location (Fossil Creek).

Horrible, worst service ever, and my husband and I love Chili's ! Went to lunch, we are normally in and out pretty quick at this location, but this time, our waitress was slow, on her phone facetime) kept saying our food is ready and will be coming out, but never received our food! We were so frustrated that we just got up and left. She never even noticed we left cause she was still on her phone! Horrible! We will never be back at this chili's location! I get that they are short-handed, but hire staff that want to work!!!!!

Service was 5 star's, but I need to remember that I just don't like the food there anymore. It dosent carry the same freshness and flavor it used to. You can tell when the food is made with out love. Huge BBR fan and I've completely lost my desire to eat them at Chili's which is what they used to be known for. However my girlfriend who had never had Chili's ribs, loved them.
