I have to say that my family loves the food and we eat here often. BUT…I will say this nicely…the guy who answers the phone and works the cash register is EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly. Customer service goes a looong way and this guy should really find another job where he doesnt have to deal with people or work on himself. We will keep coming here but this guy really needs to learn how to be a people person.

First time trying Hashi Japanese Kitchen and was excited to try their Takoyaki. We first had these fried octopus dough balls in SanFran’s Japantown and have been looking for them local ever since. These were a very good version. Even though they are much smaller, the ratio of dough to octopus was good and they were not overcooked. Definitely will be back for the Takoyaki. Seaweed salad was very refreshing and just the right amount of sesame.We just had appetizers this time, but we already have on our list to return.

Been coming here for over a year now and boy can I say they have great food and amazing customer service. A few of the cashiers already recognize me and are always friendly when I visit . It’s good way to keep a positive attitude about an environment and with your customers! . Hashi has been my go to spot for good healthy food. I don’t settle for anything less when it comes to taste so Hashi will always have a spot in my heart .
