I Fratelli Pizza Fort Worth

The staff was incredibly friendly when I called to place an order for pickup later that day. Our small group of adults really enjoyed the original Margherita pizza.

When the pizza arrived, I noticed that it was burned. I informed the staff about it and requested additional toppings, saying that payment was not an issue. Unfortunately, my requests were ignored, and the pizza seemed carelessly thrown into the box, with charred edges. When I spoke with the representative, they seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. I insisted on a refund or a remake, but they failed to see anything wrong with it and brushed me off. In the end, they agreed to make a new pizza, which did have the toppings I wanted, but unfortunately, the entire base was burnt and had a charred taste. I wish I could share a picture of it—it was truly disappointing. I’ve always enjoyed this pizza in Las Colinas and we’ve ordered hundreds with no issues, so I’m not sure if the oven temperature is too high or what the problem is. Now, I feel like I have to travel out of my area to find a decent pizza or try somewhere else entirely. I can't upload the picture right now, but I’ll definitely save it as a reminder of this wasted money. I'm really sad about this experience.

The pizza here is outstanding! As a huge fan of thin crust, I’m thrilled that it’s their specialty. I really appreciate the unique ingredients they offer, which you don’t find at most places. They may be small, but they deliver on the fresh, unique flavors that create a delightful experience, along with a personal connection with the staff. Unlike the bigger chains and pizzerias, these guys truly stand out in this regard. I highly recommend stopping by if you love thin crust and great pizza!

Was in the area and felt a pizza and this place seemed like a good place for a quick bite! I saw that she also sold from the slice, but his basically a personal pizza size! It looks like her style is thin and crispy and at the price of the huge pane, they did not jump on the beats!

Just had this pizza for the first time ever. Im in love so delicious and cheesy. Plus FREE delivery. I Fratelli just become my go to for ? pizza!!!
