Ihop - Fort Worth

Our 1 year old granddaughter for breakfast. Food was amazing. Service was excellent. Very clean.

Service was great, we were at 9:30. Sit fast. Our server is fast and friendly. The reason for 2 stars. Two children and men break all day. Our oldest chocolate milk ordered. Siblings and husbands have ribbed. This is the only thing they all ate/warm that my youngster and I don't. We just visited two weeks ago, without any problems. This has definitely left a bad taste and we must not return. My children are slightly traumatized

I have been coming to this location for months. This was the first time I experienced poor service. The waitress Hispanic never look our way, nor did she take our order right away. The host seating 4 Hispanic family and took their water order, and she came back to take their food order. Once she turned around I asked her why she took their order before taking our order she said they were ready. At this point, I was getting upset, I told her she was wrong and she started making comments in Spanish. I told her I speak and knew Spanish her whole at they time her demeanor changed. We still had to wait for our food to come.
