In-n-out Burger - Fort Worth

I live in Ft Worth, and I am a frequent customer at Hulen IN/OUT Burger. As a restaurant owner, I checked every restaurant I visit. I can say that these people who run this business have a gold mine, and that didn't happen by chance. This place has gone as close to perfection as I saw for fast food. When I move in the drive, I notice that the car park picked up and clean always, the young people working (they are counter-help) are well trained polite and accommodating always, within the dining room is clean and well maintained, the hairs are of course a great product freshly cut daily, the burgers are smaller, although the products fresh, the bread is fresh and soft when I bite.... They are beef Pattie are cooked by coarse 100% all beef to perfection. They are drive thru is fast. second only to our business in the same Hulen area. I was a customer quite a lot since they opened and last night was the first time I had a small problem with 1 burger without salad and tomatoes. I went in and told a young lady in management, she apologised was friendly and friendly and had another double in 3-4 minutes. This is a great place! A very well-run restaurant. I usually met the IN/OUT late at night before closing and they have 3/4 full parking and the ride 10-12 cars.... At midnight! Go on what you do, I wish this place continues to be great success. I'm a customer for life...

The food is always fast, fresh, and absolutely delicious.My “Go-To” order is always a Double Double with grilled onions no lettuce. I ask for a couple packets of their spread to put on my fries.

We were in the area and thought we would give this place a try to see what all the hype was about. There was a long line of cars.Overall we were not impressed and think that it is over hyped.Burger patty was dry. The fries were the driest we have ever had. Only ate about half the fries.The best past was the soft drink and milk shake.The service was fine despite them being slammed.

In and Out's burgers are usually good but the quality of the buns over the last two plus years has not been good. The buns crumble in your hands. In addition the whole grilled onions are sometimes difficult to eat because sometimes they don't peel off the outer layer underneath the papery skin.
