If such behavior is overlooked, it will continue unchallenged, potentially leading to problems deeper into adulthood. I have no plans to return nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone. One day, they may encounter a customer who won’t overlook this kind of treatment.
The female employee with long brunette hair working the drive-thru at 7:00 PM was extremely rude. I ordered a Number 4, and she purposely left the fries out and shut the window without a word. You should have a district manager visit the drive-thru as a customer to experience this for themselves. Most recent reviews echo similar concerns about customer service, yet all you do is respond to comments instead of addressing the behavior of your unprofessional employees.
The staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves and one was on the phone, which caused a 15-minute wait just to take my order. By the time I ordered, my lunch was already sitting there waiting. Overall, the food was decent: 3/5.
Actually, don't go after 10:00. All you get is terrible service the wrong order. I contacted the restaurant twice and it's still so bad. Go to whataburger instead of them are so much more beautiful and faster.
