Starbucks - Fort Worth

I had a quick lunch while my car was being repaired nearby and ordered a turkey provolone pesto sandwich. The woman at the counter provided exceptional service. She not only offered me Sriracha, which made the panini even better, but also noticed that I didn't have anything to drink and offered me water. I didn't catch her name, but her kindness and thoughtfulness truly made my day. A warm smile and a friendly attitude go a long way. Thank you!

I also wanted to buy a cake pop, but I noticed there were about three flies buzzing around it. I get that everyone can be busy, but it's important to have the right staff, especially at a place like Starbucks. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I definitely won’t be returning.

I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant when a staff member named Samantha made a disrespectful comment about my drink order to a colleague. After I specified what I wanted in my drink, she remarked, “This is diabetes in a cup.” Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable; no matter what a customer orders, it's inappropriate to make comments like that, especially in front of other patrons. It was quite humiliating.

It's 6:00 on Sunday and we stopped at this starbucks and we just walked in because Drive-Thru was way too long. The lady said we had to leave the inside and only use the drive-thru, although people were sitting in their coffee. Never go there again.

Every other starbucks location is usually top notch, I have never experienced any problems with other locations but this one just keeps giving me issues. I have been there twice and both times were bad. The first experience I had was I ordered a latte with almond milk instead of whole milk due my lactose intolerence and the coffee tasted burnt. I told the barista this and she gave me the biggest attitude and clearly did not want to make me another one.My second experience was I ordered a breakfast sandwich here and it tasted rotten like its been sitting for days. I spit it out and returned it to the store and they kept trying to tell me that it was freshly made but i cant see how when it was sitting in the window when I ordered it.They probably forgot it the night before and did not pay attention.
