Wingstop - Fort Worth

Last time I will ever go here… I made an online order, and stood alone in line 20 mins with out some one so much as saying I will be right with you. What made it worse is some one from the back came up and asked the lady behind me if she needed help. Completely ignoring me standing at the register.

I had preordered on the phone they told 20 minutes until my order was ready…when o got there it was still not ready I still had to wait other 20 minutes…but when I got home my order was stilll wrong missing a lot of items when I came back to the store they try give me a hard time about it so with that being said make sure when you come to wing stop on 8th make sure you double check your order

I am not sure if she was the same person I spoke with when I entered the restaurant. She couldn't locate my order, was very impolite, and my food was not cooked properly. I had to insist that I had paid for all the items in my order. Eventually, they remade my order but left out some items. However, they did a good job with my steak and chicken dishes.

I dislike that my wings were boiled and my fries were cold. I will not be coming back to this restaurant again, but that is probably what they prefer.

WARNING: Be cautious when purchasing gift cards from this restaurant. We bought several gift cards and the employee was extremely rude. As it turns out, the cards were not activated and had no value on them. The manager has not rectified the situation, so it seems like they are allowing this kind of dishonesty to occur. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
