Starbucks - Fountain

Very busy, but you always get fast. I and my pup love come here and get a pup cup and a couple of great coffee

I took a friend to Starbucks as I was given a Starbucks gift card. It was the first time my friend had ever been to a Starbucks. Surprising in this day and age. It was a wonderful experience for her and myself. So much so that now she says she'll definitely be going back many times. Our customer service individual was Baily who was also the manager of the Mesa Ridge location. She was very helpful and very pleasant.

Starbucks is pretty much what you'd expect. In my view, it's a popular chain known for its quick service and decent coffee. While I prefer places like Dutch Bros, I'm perfectly fine grabbing a quick cup of coffee at Starbucks. They also offer special holiday drinks, which is the main reason I visit during Christmas and Halloween. The service is generally fast and attentive at most locations. The only issue I've encountered is when they forget to leave out the whipped cream on my Frappuccino, even after I request it.

The lines are typically quite long, but the customer service is excellent! The staff always has a smile and makes the wait worthwhile. I give it 4 stars, mainly because the wait time to order is often an additional 20 minutes or more.

The staff here is always friendly and consistently gets my drink order right. I choose this place whenever I don’t want to wait for Starbucks across the parking lot. Plus, it's convenient to grab a cheese bag from Safeway nearby, making it a great spot to stop by.
