The French fries were cold, the pizza was decent, and the service was good. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 10. I recommend trying the thin crust pizza.

The pizza was good as always, but the service was incredibly slow. We noticed that three tables around us, who ordered after we did, received their food before us. My guests had to watch me eat after they finished their meals because my thin crust pizza took a staggering 50 minutes to be cooked and delivered to our table. I was offered a 50% discount, but the real issue was never addressed. We were told the delay was because they were too busy. Too busy to serve customers in order and promptly? I can understand if the ticket got lost or the pizza was delivered to the wrong table—those are valid reasons—but being busy isn't an excuse. If someone had acknowledged the mistake, I would have continued to be a loyal customer. Since that didn't happen, I will have to think twice before returning to Fanella's.

I've been ordering from Tammy's for over 30 years, and it’s always been great—until last weekend. I ordered a half sausage, medium pizza, as I usually do, but it arrived completely undercooked with large clumps of sausage on it. I had a couple of slices and ended up tossing the rest. I was really disappointed, especially since we always crave that perfect pizza. I also ordered cheese nuggets, which were burnt. Is there a new cook? I left a message but didn’t get a response. We’ll definitely check the pizza before diving in next time, but yes, there will be a next time. After 30 years, having just one bad pizza isn’t the end of the world, but I hope they pay attention to the quality and maintain their standards.

I ordered carryout, 3 entrees. When I got home I noticed one order was wrong. I also live about 15 minutes away. So 30 minutes round trip. I called and asked to receive a credit for what was made/ordered incorrectly. All they did was offer a $5.00 credit. That's not going to buy me a new dinner. And I was not going to run back out to get the correct thing. I was not going to eat what was sold me. It's not what I ordered. I was not going to continue to debate with the young man over the phone. I will no longer give you my business nor will I recommend you to anyone. I am a long time customer. No more
