Isto Cafe - Foxborough

Stopped in for coffee and canolis last night. Will be back this morning!

I have never written a review before but this place was so bad. Me and my dad went to pick up some quick breakfast and coffee. No one else was in the restaurant except for another couple. It took almost 35 minutes for 2 bagels to come out and we had asked about our food multiple times . By the time we got the food we just got out of the restaurant and left. When we got home both of our orders were completely wrong and tasted horrible and stale. The place looked super cute and the lady who took our order was sweet, other than that a horrible experience.

This place has a nice look and feel. It would be a cool spot for a gathering of friends, or maybe to rent out (if they allow that) for a game or fight party. It's that cool and quaint. The food is good too. I had a vanilla latte and it was delicious. The sausage and egg sandwich on an English muffin was hearty and quite flavorful. Even the s'mores cookie was yummy. The food was 5-star worthy.I did deduct a star because like other reviewers have shared they are very slow. My wife ordered a breakfast bowl (she loved it), but it took at least 20 minutes to cook. No one warned me it would take so long and no one updated me as I waited and waited and waited. When I finally asked what was the delay I was told we were waiting on tater tots. I almost told them to skip them, but apparently they were worth the wait. Moral to the story: don't order the breakfast bowl unless you have plenty of time to burn. Oh, by the way, their menu online says they have breakfast pizzas but they do not. That was a bit disappointing too.

The only place that didn't have a line before on a concert day, so we picked up a few slices of pizza, chicken tenders, and some waters. The pepperoni pizza was okay, pretty standard and had extra cheese and peppers to spruce up for flavorings. On the other hand, the chicken tenders were amazing! Super crispy and flavorful and would definitely choose these again over the pizza. They have everything ready coming out from a hot box, so service is quick and you can find a place to sit and eat.

Don't waste your time with this sorry excuse of a morning Cafe! I stopped by to get a mimosa before my wax appointment. I was utterly disappointed with this cafe. I was totally ignored sitting at the bar, even though there were at least 4 employees behind the counter. Then, after I was sitting for several minutes, 4 people came in to the bar and were immediately served AND THEY STILL IGNORED ME!It was only after I stood up to leave, someone asked if I had been helped. Are you serious???? I could understand if they were busy, but at 9:45am, they were not. Because the service was so rude, I will make sure I give this place a negative review on every review site possible.Such a disappointment. I'm from Dallas, Texas and this behavior would never happen there.
