The food has changed and not, I repeat not for the better. I had meatball subs that we have been eating for decades. Not edible. Steak and cheese was gristly and horrible. Absolute lack of flavor and 100% not satisfied. If zero stars was anoption please correct this post. The people were nice.

Best Papa Ginos in the area! Staff are always friendly even when its super busy. Places are so busy with not enough staff lately, but my food from here has always been good. Keep up the good work! Love the fact I can get pizza or a sub makes itharder to choose but its nice to have it in the same location.

One of the best pizza places in the area. The quality of the crust, sauce, and toppings is consistently excellent. They are very generous with their portions. The service is fast and friendly. I really love this location!

The quality of the pizza keeps declining. It hasn't been good for some time, but I held out hope that it would improve. There was hardly any sauce or cheese, which was very disappointing. I won't be ordering from there again.

To the cashier: you are a gem! Your composure is admirable. Don’t let people like that get to you; just because someone is having a bad day doesn’t mean you have to as well. To the cooks: great job maintaining your cool and not reacting negatively. I’m not sure I would have been as collected at your age. And to the manager: you addressed that meltdown with incredible tact, keeping a straight face and showing respect even amidst what must have been a lot of frustration inside. To anyone still reading, please remember to treat those in the food service industry with kindness. We all have our struggles, but making someone else's job harder won’t make your own life any easier.
