Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I really enjoy dining at Red Robin as a fast-casual option. Their bottomless fries are fantastic, especially when paired with the spicy and campfire sauces. I also can't resist their burgers! The location tends to be quite busy, but you can call ahead to reserve a table. The staff here is incredibly friendly and provides great service!

We were a party of four after attending the Scooper Bowl, so we were already a bit full from ice cream. We encountered a few minor disappointments, such as a missing drink and the absence of standard utensils and napkins, which we had to request, but they were provided to us right away. Overall, the service and food were excellent. In fact, we all agreed that this Red Robin at Patriot Place was significantly better than the one in Braintree. This was my first visit to Patriot Place, and it definitely left a great impression. There were a few mistakes with my order, but I take full responsibility for that, as I just wasn't familiar with the menu; everything still tasted great.

This place made me sad. I usually don't like posting negative reviews, and that wasn't easy. The frits were boiled, the onion straws were boiled so that they were dry and almost tasteless. On my burger the bungalow was of less quality than a basic role from Shaw's. Whoever is worth their salt knows that a good sandwich starts with good bread, or it ends in dissatisfaction. The service was unpleasant and unpleasant. I don't know why. The atmosphere was entertaining and quiet the end of the summer, which was good. But everything in all was the only joy to be for me, in my slightly watered Coca Cola. Next time I need a decent Burger type of meal, I'm with 5 guys, or maybe Wendy's or Tasty Burger. I had great hopes for Red Robin, and these hopes were overthrown in disappointment.

Two nights ago we had dinner here. I gave only these 2 stars instead of 1 star, because the waiters were friendly working hard. The restaurant seemed extremely understaffed and we patiently waited 20 minutes for each of our order. Many empty tables wait an hour, which is another hint they were underused. After waiting patiently to place our order in our server, the friendly and apologetic also seemed to be sick. She coughed all the time into her shirt elbow when she took our order. At one point we saw how she ran into the bathroom and had a cough. She probably had to work, but obviously shouldn't have been there. The only good thing was that other waiters brought our food drinks. If they hadn't, I would have left. She looked back, although she was still in and out of the kitchen in the immediate vicinity of any food. When I left, my son was very ill this morning. Something I was worried about after taking our order. The restaurant also seemed dirty, sticky tables floor decorated with garbage buckets. I used to enjoy the Red Robin Foxboro site, but it will take a long time if I ever go back there.
