Bertucci's Framingham

We went with our 3-year-old and 18-month and my elder on holy evening. our server nic was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this situation as it has always been a good place where they prioritise guests who are fed in the restaurant. we were at other bertucci locations where we waited 45 min for a pizza because the restaurant had to prioritize all take-out / online orders to be finished in 20 min. I recommend bertuccis in framingham. the location is comfortable and our pizza was perfectly cooked and not overhauled.

Late, so calm ambiente. our server was excellent, hard working and attentive. Eating was excellent, especially the rolls would definitely return!

Everything went well, but the hostess was incredibly rude for us from the minute we went in the door. I usually don't write restaurant reviews, but we were very withdrawn as she talked to us and her impatience with our group. our waiter was kind.

Our waiter was great! Do not remember his names, but he is a mean old man working really hard and it was so appreciated

I thought the service at the Needham location was poor but it is even worse at Framingham. Took 30 minutes to get rolls and water. The staff was completely overwhelmed. No manager in sight. The only reason we keep subjecting ourselves to the poor service is our son is a picky eater and insists on returning. Eating at Bertucci’s is the definition of insanity.
