Taco Bell - Framingham

Had to finish my year off with Taco Bell best decision I made in 2020.

Order was jacked because the counter clerk spoke English as a second language. An attempt to straighten out the overbilling, had the supervisor offer additional tacos, instead of a partial refund. I declined the offer, but thought it was worth noting thatthe value of the offered additional tacos was less than the overcharged for amount. Overall, this restaurant, the staff, and thecustomers added up to a complete wasteland.

Good food but sometimes has long lines at counter. This is the first Taco Bell I?ve been to without a drive through. And they need to speak louder at the counter! I can?t hear them well and I have super sensitive hearing. Was frustrating having themrepeat themselves several times.

I usually don't leave any reviews, but this place has a guarantee. it has the worst chefs if you can even call them that. Unfortunately, this is the only taco bell close or otherwise I would never go here. every time I have ordered, something has either gone wrong or it has taken them awfully long to prepare articles where they only have to assemble and not real cooking. I am vegetarian so that all my commands are easily changed with beans substituted for meat. it is a simple instruction to follow, but they manage to **** it again and again. my family, who had not eaten meat since the birth because of religion, was served several times meat, although it was very clear to them. often they not only put false objects, but they also skip or forget them completely, although it is one of the main components. How do you forget the buzz in a cheesy bean and reis burrito? the personal has no impact. it is called almost food from a background. if they had taken their time to make sure that the dinge were good, then I would understand, but no they can not even do the right thing, so what is the point to take so long. they take their sweet ass time, even if there is a long line that happens very often not because the place is constantly busy, but because they are slow. if you can choose another place to eat, please do this in any case and avoid getting stuck in this fucking show from a place. I think taco bell has to turn this place off or set a completely new crew to save their call and business in this area.

The service was amazing! The cashier on duty, S, was so warm and kind. All I wanted was to order my food and leave but she made my night :,
