Uno Pizzeria - Framingham

The waiter we had was not unfriendly and inattentive. However, the person who brought our food to us was fantastic and had a wonderful attitude.

It's what you would expect but it was a great experience and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However one thing to be aware of is that they do have a 2.9% charge if you use a credit card

GOT TO COME HERE best food and staff there is.The pizza is the best deep dish most can not finish in one night.They also have steaks,pasta and other foods you must try we fly up to eat here on our trips.... 12/11/2023:update Came back home for a few days HAD to come to UNO pizza Great service great staff restaurant is always clean. Staff is always polite along with the customers. Great food can actually taste the ingredients of the food.

We had lunch there, i had soup and Signatur salad, French onion, and chicken. Both were very good. The service was good.

This restaurant used to be a lot better, but it's gone seriously downhill. The food was decent, tough I've had better there in the past. It may have just been a one off thing, but it's no longer on my list of favorites, as there are better options out there. Our service here, however, was frustrating. It wasn't crowded, but the server took forever to get to us. I have no idea what they were doing when not waiting on their two tables, and I do know servers have side work and the like, but the slow pace was bordering neglectful. Waiting for her to be close enough to flag them down was frustrating at best. It wouldn't take much to be a little more attentive and not leave us sitting with untouched plates for so long while waiting on a box and our check. The person I was dining with had finally decided to get up and find someone when the server finally came by. While I can understand when a place is busy, it was slow, so there was no excuses to forget about us so long.
