Waitress/bartender was all alone except for one other worker serving tables occasionally. They did an awesome job serving tables with how busy it was tonight 8/6. I was not in a rush to go anywhere so I was patient with the service, as she had a packed house to deal with. Ordered the Flatbrook Wings and the Little Flatbrook Burger. The little burger is perfect if you don’t want to eat too much. They have a bigger version too which is 1/2 pound. It was cooked to a perfect Medium Rare and everything else was perfect. My second visit here. Worth it. Thank you, Flatbrook Tap House!

She is great and friendly. they have birch beer on hahn and baked calzone. I have to say more. pro tipp: make sure they order ricotta in all their calzones.
