Dunkin' - Frankfort

This Dunkin' is by far the best in the area. Forget the one on Route 45 and come here instead. Every time I get my coffee from the Frankfort location on 45, the sugar and syrup always end up sitting at the bottom, even after I requested that they stir it well. The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, and when you ask them to make sure your drink is well-stirred, THEY ACTUALLY DO IT! This is definitely my favorite Dunkin' in the area. Take note, Dunkin' on 45 in Frankfort! This is how it should be done!

I often stop by the drive-thru before work, and the service is consistently quick, with the staff always being very friendly. Even when there’s a hiccup or error (after all, we’re all human), the team is always apologetic, and I still walk away feeling happy. A delightful bonus: nearly every time I visit, I witness a chain of customers paying for the person behind them in line, which is such a nice experience!

I absolutely love their coffee! Starbucks can't compare! They also make the best lattes!

As always, a lovely experience! The staff is fantastic. However, I really wish they would offer vegan donuts!
