Cousins Subs In Frankl - Franklin

Food is always great. Never had a problem here. I've been patronizing this location since it opened.

Worked there before will never work there again it's horrible. Their training sucks,they have millions of fruit flys and other bugs and the manager even talked behind my back.

You know what you're getting food-wise as this is a normal Cousins Subs chain, but the food is good. Staff are great and waits are not long. I've been surprised on numerous occasions with how fast my sub is ready. Staff are also quick to take your order and modify it however you wish and are friendly.

This location has been my favorite for years but in our most recent visit (2 weeks ago) the inside of the restaurant needs a major maintenance job... chipped paint, Knicks in the wall, the TV is now gone and there's a tacky hole, the floor needs a good scrub, the women's restroom was not very clean this time. We went here for lunch and ordered our food, we were told the ice machine was broken so no ice for sodas, the food was good but the look and feel of the atmosphere made us feel as if they're closing this location. Hope they freshen things up.

I go to cousins every time I come back to Wisconsin. It's always incredible and this location upholds that standard of excellence.
