Fayzano`s Pizza - Franklin

I was passing by Nashville last night and stopped for a bite. Best pizza I had in a while. Friendly and quick service.

Great and friendly pizza place. The staff is amazing! I was upset because my pizza wasn't correct but it was due to a system error and not their fault. They made it right and went above and beyond!!! They're all about customer satisfaction. My family and I are very appreciative. They're also very fast to make your order so not a very long wait time at all. Thank you Fayzano's for great food and for loving your customers!!!!

This place is awesome. I messed up the date on a catering order and they were able to rush my order in and get it done in less than 20 minutes. I order from this place regularly.

We have been fans of Fayzano 's for some time now but tonight they exceeded even their usual great service. One of the pizzas we ordered was accidentally made smaller than usual. We didn 't even notice. However, the manager (maybe owner) came out and told us what happened and gave us ALL (4 people) free dessert. Then, on the way out, the manager brought us another pizza FOR FREE just to say thank you for understanding. To top it all off the food was amazing. This place understands customer service, and that creates loyalty. We will be back. Highly recommended for great food and amazing service!!

Fayzano's is officially our favorite Italian restaurant outside of Italy!! Their pizza, lasagna, sausage roll all have been amazing! Served with fresh garlic rolls! Brushed crust of sausage roll with fresh garlic. Tomatoes are sweet and tasty. Absolutely perfect! Friendly service and atmosphere.
