Longhorn Steakhouse - Franklin

I've given this place 5 stars before. I've been there a few times, and there were no complaints. However, the last time was a bitter disappointment. As always, I called ahead and was told that my party would not have any problems getting a table as we arrived. When we came in, however, we were told that we had to wait 35 min. This was a birthday celebration, so it was very inconvenient, since we had guests coming. The hostess was rude, and not helpful at all. People were coming in and getting tables right away, while we were still waiting. At least, after finally being seated, the service improved, but the mood was already ruined by then. Very disappointed by the experience. Probably will not be back again.

Just got the smallest cosmo ever. Embarrassing. I won’t be back!!!

It's a really nice environment. Everything is absolutely delicious. The staff was very polite. It was very clean

Great steak, not many fries. Could have done with perhaps light background music. Restaurant clean and nicely themed. Very poor men's bathroom conditions, very dated and things broken and fairly dirty. I am told womens were OK

I didn’t mind being one of the younger customers at the restaurant; in fact, it worked out well for me. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff were young, energetic, and attentive. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available at any time. The atmosphere is clean and lovely, making it a beautiful place to dine. The tables are nicely polished and add to the overall appeal.
