In every other T-OP or Boba spot we’ve been to, we’ve always ordered a Honeydew Boba 1/2 sugar and it comes out blended. Never been asked if we wanted it any other way so we thought that’s how they were made. We quickly learned at this location there is another option After explaining the order came out wrong we were simply told we were the ones in error and that we ordered it wrong. Their tough luck attitude about it certainly doesn’t invite a return visit. Now we know make sure you say “Slush” at this location if you want it blended. Interesting customer service herewe are all for 2nd chances but won’t be returning here anytime soon and if customer service is important to your guest experience when going out, I’d prob try somewhere else before stopping here. Absolutely the best poke boba tea I have ever had. A friend recommended this place to me because it’s one of my favorite meals to get and I am 100% going to return!! The fish was sooo fresh. I got the raw tuna and salmon poke bowl. And the boba tea was incredible. I’m excited to go back and try more things!
