Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings In Frankl

Every single time we come , order is wrong. Every single time. Does management not train properly. This location is a pure joke

This location has gone downhill ever since they came under new ownership. Absolutely the worst zaxby’s . Entered at 11:55 am. Was acknowledged once ,saying one moment. Stood at register till order was placed at 12:10 pm. Received food at 12:25 pm.

Some times this place is good and sometimes it ain't. Today it was not. The floors were dirty. The tables were dirty. The drink machine was out of everything but lemonade and that tasted bad. The person taking the orders couldn't seem to operate the register. The food was ok.

This location is the worst Location I have ever been, Jimmy the assistant manager asked us to have a mask on which is fine but six of the employees walking around and touching food had their mask down below their nose or under their mouth but did ask any of them to properly put their mask on.

My whole family loves the five piece chicken plate but my husband and I do the Tongue Torch sauce tossed in and it's really good.
