Wendy's - Franklin Park

This is the best Wendy's we've been to in years! The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is fast and efficient. The food was just what we expected—decent and satisfying. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Plus, we even got a free Frosty!

Mannheim street franklin park, il location lady in register was not very friendly (maybe it was the language barrier because she did not speak English very well.) we have calculated more than the price in the menu. we pointed out, and they said the price must have changed. customer service was less than desirable.

I came here today the service was amazing, elizabeth I hope I got her name right I was here at 5:25 o'clock and she was on the drive thru. omg she was super polite, amazing, humble, always had a smile on her face, thanks to you sooo much elizabeth! I always forget everything and she asked me if I needed other things, of course, if it was for them I would forget it! Today I had a bad day and thanks to her it became better! She is simply amazing that I cannot describe the great mood she projected!? so great!

They've gotten my order wrong the last two times I've been there. Then even when I got the right sandwich, it was obvious it had been sitting around a while. I'll be finding a different Wendy's if I ever get a craving for it again.
