Ibiza Cafe - Frederick

The single origin tea is brewed via siphoning. Each cup is individually brewed. Delicious coffee and cute spot. The cold brewed is made on premises.

A cozy cafe, lots of fun drinks and a few different rooms/seating options. They have a full espresso bar, with some creative drinks and rotating seasonal specials. Our drinks were all tasty and prepared with care. It felt to me like a cozy little home. There were a few rooms inside with a variety of table sizes. Around the back are a few outdoor tables too. It's a little off the main drag (Market St) so a little quieter. We liked that!

We are blessed to have such a wonderful cafe in Frederick. The staff are friendly and attentative. The drinks and food are exceptional, while being reasonably priced. And the interior is warm and inviting. I had the Pro-which and Rolling Summer, both were delicious. My new favorite study/work spot.

Our favorite weekend brunch spot. There?s nothing we don?t love about Ibiza from the friendly staff to the most delicious coffee waffles. This is a must visit spot in Frederick!!!

Best coffee in town! Perfectly balanced coffee cake and for the boba tea lovers- passion twins boba tea!! I fell in love! Staff is very friendly and the ambience is relaxing and inviting! Definitely coming back!
