Ihop - Frederick

I waited 20 minutes before anyone greeted us. We were never offered any refills and had to ask for them ourselves. It took forever for our food to arrive. When I asked to speak with a manager, he didn't even address the issue. We won't be returning.

When we were seated at a booth, we ended up in a cramped space, which was a bit challenging with my little kids, but we managed. I don’t want to dwell on that too much. It took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and my children were getting pretty impatient as we waited. On a positive note, the waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure our drinks were filled and our table was tidy, which I really appreciated. The food itself was delicious and well-prepared; everything was tasty!

Showed up around 9pm, had quick service, our waiter Carrie, was a pleasure to have, food was out fast. Now the second part, deals with Benjamin. After a customer, went off on him for all the food they ordered, and they didn't understand the menu, he offered a lot of cures for there issue, everything from redoing there order, allowing them to order something different, and was extremely professional in handling the situation with them yelling for absolutely no reason. Very impressed in his ability in De-escalat the situation.

Well for cleanliness this IHOP on 26 is horrible I'm scared to get an eat my food it's that dirty

We'll obviously eat at IHOP cuz... well it's IHOP. 3 weeks ago we went and dined in. There was a hair in my brother's sandwich. They did give us a new one. But still. The next Sunday we ordered take out... 3 of the items we ordered were missing. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! It took over 2 hours and about 30 calls for them to answer. I had to go back and get the food. The next Sunday we ordered take out... I checked the order BEFORE I left the store... thank goodness because an entire meal was missing. But had to wait on a SUNDAY for them to make it so the rest of the food got cold. I don't WHY we insist on patronizing this IHOP . It's ridiculous. And the hosts doesn't speak a kick off English.
