Der Daiwel - Fredericksburg

The Daiwel is an amazing bar! You have a great selection of beer and cocktails as well as soft drinks and coffee. The music is fantastic when you are a metal head, but the catch is that they play music on a reasonable level, so you can still have a conversation. Large metal ambience and the sisters who own this bar are fantastic. Amazing hospitality, great music and great drinks!

Two sister from Luxembourg own the bar and work there. They are so interesting and friendly. They have a big selection of beer and play metal. It's not too loud though

Der Daiwel has been the highlight of my wife my vacations to Fredericksburg since 2015. We've met the owners multiple times and they're always very friendly and quick to refill your beer. We were so happy they made it through COVID and are still going strong today. In such a sleepy town as Fredericksburg it's great to have a place like Der Daiwel.

Devilish, dark, metal playing, cozy bar you’d never expect on a Main Street. Fun bartender, great drinks, and music not too loud. Keep this spot alive.
