O'charley's Restaurant Bar

Highly not recommended!! We sat for 15 minutes waiting for a server and then another 45 minutes for our food..mind you their was only 3 other tables with people in the ENTIRE restaurant. when our food arrived I was missing 2 items and my husband received a completely raw hamburger after ordering a well done one . The manager offered us ?soup? for our inconvenience. This is the worst experience I?ve ever had in a restaurant!

I had a terrible experience with my takeout order. The food was dry, the rolls were burnt, there were no sauces included (even though I had requested them in my order), there were no plastic utensils, and the food was cold. I tried calling the restaurant several times to speak with a manager about the issue, but each time I was disconnected. I used to enjoy stopping here for lunch occasionally, but after today, I'm really unsure if I want to return, as I'm very dissatisfied with my experience.

I recommend dining elsewhere. The quality has significantly declined. The medium-well steak I ordered was charred, the carrots appeared unwashed, and the chicken fingers were overcooked, tasting as if the oil they were fried in had gone rancid.

Food was ok. Typical chain restaurant food. However the service was amazing! I?ve been working as a waitress for the past 5 years and can confidently say that Tristen was one of the best servers I have ever meet. She was extremely attentive, polite, and friendly.

I have been a customer since the opening of this fine establishment. I have seen manager?s, servers and bartenders come and go. Food items here today, gone tomorrow. (Thanks for bringing the meatballs back! The staff here right now cares about the customers, food and service. They make sure you have a great experience here. Management coming out asking if you need anything, people running food asking if you need anything, other servers asking if you need anything. And that bartender Mysti!!!!! Wow great service! Keep up the great work Ocharleys!
