Saithong Para Thai - Fredericksburg

Wow. The meal was fantastic. I had drunken noodles with shrimp. The service was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was incredibly flavorful. I had previously been disappointed by the lack of good Chinese restaurants in the area (this place serves Thai cuisine), but this place exceeded my expectations. It is top-notch and worth a visit, regardless of its proximity to DC. I will definitely be returning.

Service was friendly and quick. Tom Yum soup was very fresh and would recommend that you try. Pad Thai was authentic and Thai tea was very good. #37 though sounded really good so my husband ordered it. When he got it majority was lettuce which is not even mentioned on the menu a few think PCs of meat and a whole onion cut up. This should be under the salad section of the menu as it even had a vinaigrette dressing. Sticky rice came in a side bowl size of a melon ball. Other than that I recommend you try this place.

Only did take away. Food was better than average Thai food for the Fredericksburg area, if not completely authentic. Nice staff was helpful with my order. Was good enough that I've been back a few times for take away. Hidden away in a strip mall not easy to find. They seem to be closed on Sunday.
