Frederiks Have - Frederiksberg

Absolutely superb lunch venue in Frederiksberg, I had an exceptionally good meal here. Sadly, my phone has lost of the photos I was going to adorn this...

This was my first time at Frederiks Have and I had great expectstions. However after the visit I was slightly disappointed. Location is nice and we could sit outside in cosy surroundings which was nice. We were there for lunch. The bread served was not very good, the rye bread was dry and we had only got a very small basket of bread for 3 persons. The “smørrebrød” was good but not exceptional and very pricy compared to the size. If you are hungry you will need 3 pieces of smørrebrød as they are quite small and as they cost on average 150kr per piece this means 450kr just for the food. Honestly I think there are many other restaurants in Copenhagen in the same price league but where you get better quality and quantity of food.

Good cozy atmosphere. Really good food. Nicely st the waiter took the time to review the dishes served.

The atmosphere is very cozy and elegant, and the service is impeccable. The food is sensational and very tasty Undoubtedly the best place in Copenhagen to dine accompanied by a good glass of wine, if you are looking for a good experience this is the ideal place.
