Írjon visszajelzéstI ordered my drink at 2:17 and arrived at 2:25, but it still wasn't ready. When I inquired about it, they said it wasn't even in the queue. It wasn’t until 2:38 that my drink was finally ready. There were other customers who had been waiting for at least 20 minutes before I even got there! This has happened repeatedly, which is really disappointing because some employees during the week clearly know how to manage things. However, Mondays and Tuesdays seem to be the worst times to visit. I understand that it can get busy, but given that this is a consistent problem on these specific days, management might want to reconsider their staffing.
I requested light ice, but I received a cup almost completely filled with ice instead. It felt like a waste of my five dollars.
The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. However, the wait times at the drive-thru are extremely frustrating. I waited nearly 45 minutes, even though there were only about seven cars ahead of me. With that many cars, a bit of a wait is understandable, but it should be around 15 minutes, not 45! I’m not quite sure why the preparation takes so long.
They are so understaffed. if you enter the drive thru be ready to wait a full hour. with no way of opting out or exiting which is generally unsafe. horrible management and should be shut down honestly. after waiting one hour they even got my order wrong. horrible, i?d suggest new management. i?d leave 0 stars if i could
That caramel ribbon crunch frappe is one delicious refreshing beverage. I mouth vacuumed every single crunchy with the straw. Not sure if that's a problem but I also don't care
