Starbucks - Freehold

The order taker got my order wrong. HOWEVER the blond boy making and handing out drinks was apologetic and fixed my order right away. This made me vow to never go to another Starbucks but this one(wont catch me lacking). I later saw this boy while he was on his brake and he asked about my drink. I told him it was fine. I loved my experience. Will come again. 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful experience experienced by me. too many SEEDS- yet only ONE butter? in addition, the estimated time was 4:42 INSTEAD we got our miceshakes at 4:59 pm? NO knives just forks. go somewhere else if you want good service and a bagel.

This location is consistently bustling, but the staff is incredibly nice and friendly, and my orders have always been accurate!

We went on Black Friday and the mall was packed. The drinks were good. The only problem we had was no one could here the name of each order. The Barista's just need to speak up louder when it's so busy there.
