Lily's Sierra - Freetown

I have been at Sierra Palms for exactly a month now and your Restaurant, Lily's is the only in-hotel service available, please train your staff, they will destroy your business. If its not bringing a wrong order, its bringing the food late or not bringing it at all. Right now I am writing past midnight, my dinner ordered around is not yet served just because the one who took my order just left without handover. Its one excuse after another everyday. I called again to re-order and the one who picked the phone took the order and in the end handed over to another person to take it again! Never encountered such bad service ever, now I know I am a very patient person

If you want a nice iced coffee and a delicious mint lemonade don't come here.

I like this place a lot. Cozy and just cool. Good people, good vibes, good coffee and food I tried cold French coffee, filter coffee, croissant with cheese, avocado salad.. smth special Lebanese but I don’t remember the name I like it all. So I’ll definitely come again and not once

Good WiFi. Attentive and pleasant waiting staff. Quiet and cosy.

Cute place, nice waitress, but my fish sandwich was mostly bread with some anemic pieces of fish. I wouldn’t order it again.
