Kfc - Fremont

I strongly dislike this particular KFC location. It is conveniently close to my house, which is why I continue to go there, but I wish there was a different one closer to me. Every time I visit, I encounter the same two younger women working at the counter and preparing orders. They provide the rudest customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. They appear visibly annoyed by my simple meal orders, speaking in a rude tone, tossing my receipt, and slamming my order together. Despite their behavior, I continue to tolerate it because I enjoy the food. After multiple unpleasant experiences, I have decided to write a negative review, which is something I never do. The customer service is so terrible that I suggest finding a new job if you hate your current one so much.

This establishment should be reported to the food inspectors. On my way back from Santa Cruz, I picked up food from the drive-thru around 8 PM and it was the worst KFC food my family has ever tasted. The oil was very stale and the fries were hard. We couldn't eat anything - we threw away half of the food and gave the rest to the construction workers in our neighborhood. KFC should have their license revoked for serving such low-quality food.

I called the restaurant twice to request fresh popcorn chicken. Even while I was on my way to pick up my order, they assured me they would have it ready. However, I ended up receiving chopped up stale chicken tenders instead. It is extremely frustrating that despite my efforts to clearly communicate my preference, they disregarded my request and provided me with something I did not want. This was the reason for my initial calls, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I would not recommend wasting your time here, as they are dishonest, unreliable, and fail to fulfill customer requests. Additionally, they frequently close early and deny it when questioned. This is by far the worst KFC I have ever experienced. Thank you for ruining my lunch, what a joke. Very unprofessional. ????

Place online order for chicken sandwich combo. Says chicken sandwich fried to order but it sure doesn?t look like it. Also they didn?t give me my drink for my combo. I had to ask for my drink. Bad location. Other KFC locations are way better in customerservice

Plenty of parking curside pickup drive throw if you don't want to park Clean organized restaurant but I tried the new chicken ???? sandwich ???? but for me it takes like a piece of chicken and not really a sandwich and fríes tastes like pretty old andCold fries. That's my experience. I only tried it once and that's it.
