The Waffle Roost Food Truck - Fremont

I recently visited the stand at Levi's Stadium and had a disappointing experience. The staff serving were friendly and accommodating, but the chicken bayrito I ordered was a letdown. It was supposed to have shredded chicken, tater tots, cheese, and pico de gallo in a tortilla, but I couldn't taste any of those ingredients. The meat itself had a unpleasant taste, which was unanimously agreed upon by my family when I passed it around.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the portions are large. The staff is also great. I can't wait to come back to Levi Plaza next time!

This restaurant was average at best. I ordered the Boom Plate with Adobo chicken and egg, but was disappointed. I only ate half of it and threw the rest away. The chicken was dry, the mixed greens were soggy, and the egg was rubbery. I was relieved that the dish was only $9.75.

The lumpia, burritos, all of it is fire, but if they have the poke nachos, I'll tell you now it is fire. If you aren't a fan of chasing a truck you can also find them at Levi stadium on the 300 level, and word is they are opening a fil restaurant in downtown sj. I can't wait, but we all have to....

Before making a trip please be aware this address is incorrect and takes you into a automotive business parking lot. From the reviews I can see no one had claimed this business. There hasn't been a review in a long time. Either they're only listed on Instagram or are no longer in business. I was unable to locate them on Facebook.
