Red Mango - Fresh Meadows

Incredible yogurts, juices, and açaí bowls! I usually go there just for the açaí bowls; Dong is fantastic and creates the best bowls I've ever had. However, I would recommend that the other employees inform customers if certain toppings for the açaí bowls are unavailable before charging.

People were waiting in line because they only have one crew doing everything, plus, limited selections on fruit toppings.

I recently visited this frozen yogurt shop with my family, and I was disappointed with our experience. The parfaits we received looked nothing like the pictures we saw. Additionally, one of the employees named Minji was extremely rude. I had to repeat my order at least four or five times, and each time I requested an addition, she rolled her eyes in a very disrespectful manner. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from her. Our parfaits didn't resemble parfaits at all; it felt like she didn’t care about our preferences at all.

We visited Red Mango in Fresh Meadows, and I must say, it used to be better. This time, they didn't have any fresh toppings available. We ordered the original tart, pistachio, and piña colada flavors, but without fresh fruits, we were left with just almonds and chocolate chips. The experience would have been much better with some fruit, but it was still decent. Additionally, they still don’t allow self-service or sampling of the yogurt, which is a bit disappointing. Another downside is that their pricing is on the higher side, as they charge a base price plus additional costs for each topping, unlike most places that charge by weight.

I?m a faithful customer but thing morning my drink was trash. I?m drinking chunks in the smoothie nothings smooth about it, ice chunks and fruit chunks. The girl must have rushed and it?s very sweet. I?ve never had such horrible drink from there. Very disappointed this morning! As u can see in the pic. I can?t pull much through the straw.
