Got my order wrong and gave me some pumpkin carmel apple pecan pie nasty concoction when all I wanted was chocolate shavings lmao, then was offered a $1.50 refund. After I chatted with doordash I got a $6 refund that i have to wait a week for, and stilldidn't cover the cost of the item ????

Great ice cream ,wonderful staff very fast and helpful

This ice cream shop is always one of my favorites. My son enjoyed the Lucky Charms ice cream in a waffle cup, while my mom opted for vanilla and strawberry in a waffle cup too. As for me, I had the cheesecake with strawberries and pecans in a cup. Everything was delicious!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today around 7:45 PM, and I felt quite rushed by the staff. There were five employees present, and it seemed unnecessary for all of them to be gathered for just one order. The gentleman who assisted us was helpful and patient, which I appreciated. However, the other workers didn’t take the time to explain how Coldstone operates. I would recommend that they practice more patience with customers to ensure a positive first experience.

The service was absolutely terrible. We felt extremely rushed and didn’t even receive what we ordered. The young staff members really need to learn some basic manners and improve their customer service skills. We are very dissatisfied with our experience. We won't be coming back.
