I believe this is a family-owned restaurant. While the food was good, the service was so-so. The waitress was a lady who barely welcomed us nor did she check in to see if there was anything else we needed. The only person who smiled was the nice, young gentleman who served our meals . The confusing part is not knowing where to pay the bill since no one spoke to us since our order was taken. Not a totally bad experience but fortunately, the meal didn't taste bad.

Horrible customer service!! I recently had a stomach surgery so I cannot eat spicy food. I ordered mild and they gave me hot. I requested for my order to be redone but they said they will not remake my food and can only give me mild sauce. How will giving me extra sauce help the situation if the spicy sauce is still on my food? I couldn’t eat it so I got a refund from my bank and will not come back here. The cashier was so rude and lied that she was the manager. When I told her the manager had a different voice, she admitted that the manager left already. It’s a shame but I don’t respect rude customer service. I ordered from them 3 times that week and things were great until this last time. They could’ve had a regular customer. Please don’t give them any of your money.Try Cajun Crackin instead if you want seafood!

My favorite sea food boil in town ! 4 yrs coming here and the whole shabang in LEVEL HOT is amazing. The flavor is so good. I normally order 2 pounds of shrimp to me and partner. Try it out!Food: 5/5

It was my boyfriend and I first time there and we loved it, the fried shrimp ?, fried fish and calamari were on point, not so thick the batter and my garlic fries were delicious! We're coming back definitely!
