Juicy Burger - Fresno

I ordered food for pickup, and I was disappointed. Based on the reviews from five months ago, there has been a significant decline. Our food was burnt and dry. The only good things were the soda and the service.

The burgers are delicious, and the fries are excellent. The family meal offers great value. However, parking can be a challenge.

I discovered this fantastic restaurant on DoorDash over a year ago, and I've been a loyal fan ever since. Since I live nearby, I often either pick up my orders or call directly, as they have a driver available for deliveries. The food is incredible, and over time, I've tried nearly everything on the menu. What sets this place apart from others is their exceptional customer service! Whenever I call, the staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. There was one instance when I called, and their driver was unavailable for the day. I told them I would place my order the next day so I could save on fees and tips with DoorDash. To my surprise, the gentleman who answered looked up my address and found someone nearby to deliver my order anyway! The service here is outstanding. Thank you, Juicy Burger!

The service was extremely quick and friendly. The food was delicious; we enjoyed the grilled cheese, burgers, and shrimp basket. I will definitely return whenever I'm back in Fresno!

The Philly cheesesteak and fried mushrooms are simply outstanding. Unlike at many other places, the mushrooms don’t leak hot water when you take a bite.
