Legendary Pho Kitchen - Fresno

We spent $79 on poor service and the food was not worth the long wait. Our family of 5 received our orders one at a time, resulting in my kids not getting their food until mine was cold. The shrimp fried rice tasted more like butter than shrimp. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Food rating: 1/5.

It's true customer sucks but if you want good food. This place is good. Ordered papaya to go but they don't even fill up halfway?Food: 5/5

Food was not good,lacking service I think this was the worst PHO and their other stuff on the menu was not good even the vermicelli bowl was not delicious at all..I would never go to eat here again. But their eggroll was the only decent thing on their menu. Environment was a bit disorganized and dirty to me.Food: 2/5

Beef PHO was ok, not great, but was ok. My wife got the spicy Kung Pao chicken rice plate. Is a rice plate dish, ok..She asked for chow mein noodles. Guy said sure, extra $5.Was our first time there, so I said ok.Her plate came, it has the spicy kung pao chicken, but no rice??, and a small portion of chow??.I asked, apparently, Spicy Kung pao chicken rice plate is $10.50, and costs $5 extra to remove rice from her kung pao chicken Rice plate completely, and Add small portion of chow mein noodles.$5 extra, take away all rice, give very small portion of noodles.Wow, that's a pricy deal.And fountain drinks are not free refills. At least, at the very least offer the 2nd refill absolutely free, but no, no free refills.It was 110 degrees yesterday (sunday 07-02-23), and no free refills.Wow, just wow!

I am only giving this restaurant 2 stars because the customer service is terrible. The phone seems to be just for show because it is never answered. There have been multiple occasions when I am eating at the restaurant and the phone rings, but it is ignored. I have called five times in a row and it still wasn't answered. However, the food is delicious. I particularly enjoy the crispy pork and sticky rice. Overall, the customer service definitely needs improvement.
