Panda Express - Fresno

I went in right before they were closing and the food was fresh and tasted great, they didn't try to give me the last of the food and also super friendly.

Wow, this place deserves a 5 the food is awesome and their employees are very helpful We visit another Panda Express that I really don’t like their service but this one is way better.

Customer service could be better, patience and politeness goes a long way to maintain customers! A huge thank you to Jason who was attentive and was concerned about our needs! Thank you Jason, you turned the experience into a good one.

I ordered online and paid in advance. When I went to pick up my order, they said there was no order under my name. I tried to find their contact number online but couldn’t locate it, so I ended up reordering the same items. They eventually found my first order, but I had provided my full name, and they said they only go by first names. Okay. Now I had two orders, but unfortunately, neither one was correct! Here’s a tip: open the top of the bag and check your order before leaving. We all have our off days.

I had the broccoli beef and Kung Pao chicken, served with steamed vegetables. They prepared the veggies a bit longer for me since I prefer them softer. The meal was excellent, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.
