Írjon visszajelzést... beautiful restaurant, great ambience, the food is totally delicious and very plentiful, compliment to the kitchen and the boss...the service super nice, always tried and only at the jumping...we are often there, also with friends and all were totally enthusiastic...
Our visit, at the Athos restaurant on 13.01.2023, should be the conclusion of a special day. Our table was reserved. Good hope and happy we met in the restaurant. Here you were already insecure at the welcome, where with the guests. There were 5 tables in the restaurant. A quiet, reserved waiter gave us the menu. We ordered some drinks. The ordering of the desired food was accepted. Now the wait began, the appetizers came after 60 minutes. The junior chief was annoyed because we couldn't assign the dishes to the numbers of the card. The baked feta cheese was lukewarm. The main foods are fine. Special order was not observed, but then corrected, which in turn had to do with a waiting time. We were allowed to reorder drinks, but the waiting time was also remarkable here. The junior manager of the restaurant seemed simply overwhelmed, moreover overwhelmed and only turned to the guests he personally knew. Made the waiter's rules and thus put everything together, which in turn delayed the process. A question like “What do you want is not known here. We find this very shame because the restaurant has a special atmosphere. It wasn't cleared. Glasses standing on the table did not take. A service force noticed our location and tried to make this with a round of Ouzo bet, called even more glasses on the table. The restaurant is not recommended because the communication is not accessible to guests. We as guests felt undesirable, we bothered. That's very sad. The price performance ratio does not match here.
The food is ok for nen grieve but also no longer , the prices slightly covered but seems to be so here in place everywhere. the chef does not go at all, arrogant unfriendly mault the hired before the guests
Our secret(s Our quality, so the guests of the Athos in Freyburg are welcomed above the entrance. On the other hand, they would be better prepared for what is waiting for them, because the potentially numerous qualities of this restaurant are mostly kept secret from the clientele. An ordered vegetarian mussaka was unfortunately no longer available, may happen. As an alternative, an appetizer dish is recommended, but it is not vegetarian, as it shows when serving: chopballs and fish cream decorate the plate. The communication between operating personnel and kitchen therefore seems to be missing quality. The appetizer salad for the other main dish is brought twice, so the coordination with one another also has certain quality deficiencies. The biggest problem of this place, however: the boss. Mr. Tassos advises on the restaurant website to have established a restaurant with over twenty years of business experience. Let's take a look at what this actually means: Penetrant something loud, gliding around with proudly wavy breasts, he runs around the guests to pluck weeds out of the plant pots here and there, or to collect cutlery that one of his employees was able to distribute laboriously on the tables. He only helps his own operating personnel if this evil falls and has to protect himself. Otherwise he's boss, that's work enough. He's here for cash... If he doesn't have anything to do, it gives him a pleasure to whistle and grumble over the heads of his guests when he sees any face on the street known to him. As it seems to be the busiest street in Freyburg, it is quite common. A pair of guests is sent out from the interior or existing conservatory to the outside, in summer you should not sit in the conservatory (note the author: wasps are, of course, not an argument for indoor food. A few minutes later, the boss begins to warn other incoming guests that it would rain soon and he would then enter the terraces covering awning, to the pleasure of all the just eating or waiting guests, which just drove out to the outside naturally included. When paying for the unfortunate course regarding the vegetarian order, he is breaking a cascade of explanations and justifications that would be there: 1. On Sundays, many dishes are no longer available (the author's tip: if it is not possible to plan for a weekend break, maybe not open throughout the weekend... 2. Fish is vegetarian 3. The operator has no power to propose alternative dishes, because: They don't know what's on the plate. 4. Information on dishes cannot be taken into account in the kitchen, as only the numbers of the card are used there. Here it turns out: good food and it is really good there can not be edible for a long time if everything else is wrong... especially naturally when the fish stinks from the head. Clear not recommendation.
The first impression, okay, enough space, clean up. The menus A3 Laminated, 6 people at the table, i.e. 6 pieces A3 for food plus 2 pieces A3 for drinks. where are the sweet little cards, nice tied? Operation friendly and fleee, the next patzer, 6 times Ouzo with my 13 year old daughter, and she doesn't look like 16. The schnapps has landed at the host. To each main dish a small salad, lots of iceberg salad a slice of gurke ,1/8 tomato, no pepper no salt, which then on demand with vinegar and oil still put to the table. The dressing tastes great for Majonäse. My main dish, seed tongues with rice and vegetables, the rice no peach, lukewarm, the vegetables, I would have expected paprika zucchini, eggplant, vegetable onion but not broccoli, cauliflower, tube, color had the vegetables little bite for it. Now the fish, dead fried dry probably rolled in a flour rather than frying on both sides in delicious olive oil. All not according to my taste, the food put aside, plus point the staff was attentive and inquires what is going on and would like to offer me something else, my appetite was gone. In the end, the boss was able to convince me to a cappuccino and an extra cup of milk foam for my daughter (they had spooked away from me). The other companions were tired and so satisfied but enthusiasm was not in the game. At the end a round of Ouzo for almost all, now attentive, a raspberry shot for the child. Conclusion: I don't think again.
