My family and I stayed at the hotel and due to heavy rain decided to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant. The meal was great, everything was excellent in fact... until we asked to pay. Then for some reason it took 22 minutes until we were finally able to -- not fun with tired children at the table. There were plenty of servers for the number of people dining, but it looked as if they were so busy running around to *look busy* that they couldn't see what actually needed to be done!Conversely, the guy running the bar (I think his name was Kevin) was superb. My wife and I got the kids to sleep, then went back downstairs for a couple beers... and this guy was able -- by himself -- to keep up with a big rush of people at the bar. He was like a wizard.

I did not just get what I ordered, but the bartender advised and recommended the best and was over my expectations. Homemade dessert: Passion fruit parflait with sour cream ice and elder flower. Great! I recommend. ;)

Zentral gelegenes, schönes Hotel. Grosse und saubere Zimmer, Frühstück ok. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionsdame sollte dringend verbessert werden. Highlight des Hotels ist die nette, gemütliche Bar um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Der Barkeeper ist ausgesprochen freundlich und höflich, trotzdem dezent und zurückhaltend.

Ich war 2 Nächte im Hotel, die Rezeptionsdame war leider kein erfreulicher Empfang, die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und toll, das Frühstück in Ordnung. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Barkeeper Kevin, der tolle Cocktails mixt und sehr gute Empfehlungen gibt. So ist der Abend immer perfekt ausgeklungen.
