Excellent service at this place! the server are consistently professional, courteous and eager to operate. the food is served hot and well packed and the drive thru moves efficiently even during lunch breaks! my favorite employee is olivia; she always has a smile and leads our food quickly when we have a mobile order! each employee at this location works hard and provides an excellent job!

The chickfila in friendswood, tx is the best! I have my order with olivia for 20 biscuits, some frozen drinks and ice cream and they have it to me in under two minutes with cherry top! olivia always supplies with a smile? it made my day just so much sweeter to have so great service. your ice cream is dreamy and the cookies are served warm!?

This place is the worst Chick-fil-A franchise we've ever done. they have not managed to make our order every time we were there right. as they can say from the other reviews, I am not alone and local social media groupsposts also have the same history. either management/ownership is incompetent or it just doesn't matter. remain away from this position and apply the other locations in the environment. oh, btw good work at the pommes. simply order a small one and save them the money, it is the same amount.
