Dwaraka Curry Point - Frisco

We happened upon this hole in the wall restaurant. The authenticity of Indian cuisine was present from the moment we entered. The music and smell of curry only added to the ambiance. The staff was so helpful in helping us order, I decided to usepictures on the menu to order but it wasn 't a let down! The food was full of flavor and just the right amount of heat. I feltlike I had been transported. I ate leftovers last night and they were just as tasty we will return!

WOW just WOW! Food is a very important part and Dwaraka Curry Point is truly the best. From appetizers to Biryanis and desserts, you and your guest will be extremely happy with fresh and the quality food they serve. They make the whole menu process easy,are flexible in personalizing what you need and left everyone talking about how great the food was.

Upon noticing the mistake, I called the restaurant to clarify. The manager informed me that when orders are placed through DoorDash, they have the option to substitute items if they're sold out. I asked if they reach out to customers to confirm these substitutions, or if they simply replace them with chilies instead. He confirmed they can substitute but insisted they’d tried to call me. I told him I would provide a screenshot of my call log, to which he dismissively replied, "that won't help." I'm disappointed to say that the customer service at this restaurant is lacking. Instead of apologizing for the mix-up, the manager engaged in an argument and didn’t offer any solution, which reflects poorly on their management. Overall, this experience was very unsatisfactory.

I had a craving for South Indian food but wasn't sure what to order. Fortunately, I discovered Dwaraka, which offers Thalis for takeout. The meal included six 4-ounce containers filled with a variety of curries, sauces, and dessert, along with rice, flatbread, and papadum. It was very affordable and bursting with flavor, with just the right amount of spice for my taste.

We've ordered from Dwarka several times for our house parties, and the food has been exceptional every time. They consistently innovate, offering delicious and mouth-watering flavors. The delivery is always prompt, and the staff is very polite. Overall, it’s great value for money!
