Marco and Preston are AMAZING!!!! I’ve never been welcomed into a coffee shop with such a beautiful smile and welcoming wave like from Marco!! Karma grounds is now my new home!! Coffee is amazing as well!!!Food: 5/5

The barista was very helpful and sweet. He made my matcha perfectly! He was slammed with so many orders but kept a smile on his face and didn’t let the pressure ruin the mood. We ordered a oatmeal cookie that seemed to be the size of small personal pizza and it was delicious!Food: 5/5

I had terrible experiences that that have been multiple times within a few months. When i visit the store, there is always some kind of activity such as baby shower or so...and they don 't allow regular customers to dine in, even though, google says that the store is open. I drive 30 minutes and I learn that the store is closed for an activity. I spent my time, gas and everything but someone in the store telling me that sorry it is closed for an activity . Pretty bad. They don 't manage their Google profile correctly. They should be indicating the business working hours correctly. I don 't recommend this place to anyone until they learn how to keep their Google profile up to date so that customers do not waste their money and time.

Absolutely delicious food (bagel sandwich was so fantastic! and perfectly brewed loose leaf tea. Love the atmosphere and staff is super nice. You can bet I’ll be back!

Great atmosphere, good coffee n a variety of tea options.I would prefer if the staff asked if the coffee was to drink at the place or to go rather than the staff making the decision for me.
