Nothing Bundt Cakes - Frisco

My daughter absolutely loves the cakes here, so she finally convinced me to try them. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and the staff patiently waited for me to make my selection. I ordered the carrot, red velvet, and lemon cakes. After I paid for my order, the cashier thanked me for my business. I loved the clean and inviting decor of the bakery, it smelled great and had a fresh feeling. The carrot cake I had was moist, flavorful, and delicious. My daughter enjoyed the red velvet cake and said it hit the spot. These small cakes would make great gifts for friends and family. I will definitely be returning soon. Fantastic service and delicious cakes!

This restaurant serves the most delicious red velvet cake. The products are consistently fresh. Be prepared for a wait when picking up your order, even if you pre-ordered, as they are always busy and it may take some time for them to prepare it. Usually, they have a limited selection available for purchase on the same day if you haven't placed an order in advance.

Pros the cake is excellent. pro, the staff is friendly and helpful and the place is very clean and very good size. the cakes are fresh and very well made.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a gluten free bundlet on Thursday and paid for it and scheduled to pick it up on Saturday. Went to pick it up on Saturday and they had sold out. I asked how they had sold out if I had already and ordered and paid for it on Thursday. Super frustrating because I had taken time and thought for a friend's birthday to plan something special for her since she is gluten intolerant and so I just think it's super ridiculous when I order and pay for something that this place would not fulfill the order and give it away. I will not be back.
