One2One Restaurant & Bar - Frisco

When we arrived for our 1:15 reservation, there was no one in the restaurant. It took a few minutes for anyone who sat on us. We sat and brought water. There was a private party that took place in a closed area outside the dining area. It took a while, but a waiter finally came to take our order. 30 minutes later no food and a waitress came to our table to apologize for waiting and tell us that it will be longer than they get all the food ready for the private party? As mentioned, only people in the dining area were our party of 4 so you would think that they could press in our order while also filling the private party. At this point we realized that this would not work, as it seemed that they had not even started our order, so would probably be another 15 minutes so that we were gone and ate elsewhere. If they had brought a free appetizer or something, while they had apologized for waiting, we would probably have been good, but they didn't even offer it. As other reviews said, they fought for a while. Hope the private party was everything and more as it was clear that priority was not other diners.

This restaurant is downhill. We've been here several times and it was great, but this time it was terrible. There were children screaming, the food was best moderate and there were very few people there for a Saturday night. I don't think it will be open much longer at this rate. Very sad.

Food and service is always great here! Not sure why it's so empty? Prices are slightly high, but not excessive. You really need to do something to get more people in the door. It's almost unhappy empty. Very strange. I hope they do it!

Absolutely ingenious food. There were not many guests when we arrived, but the food was phenomenal. We will definitely visit here again. Great service, fantastic ambience and wonderful food.

I went with my significant other on valentine’s day and wasn’t given menus for around 20 minutes, then it took another 10-15 for them to take our drink requests and another 10-15 minutes for them to take our order. each dish took about 20 minutes and it was far too expensive for the food i ordered. would not recommend.
