Huge shout out to Dante at Tender Smokehouse. I went to their Brisket 101 Class today and learned so much. They were very generous with their knowledge and openness. It was also great to meet more BBQ enthusiasts. Breakfast and lunch was amazing as always. Definitely recommend the class and BBQ.

Pretty darn good. I've never noticed the location before, it's pretty hidden but it's a hidden gem!

First time trying this place and not bad! I ordered the El Jefe sandwich which comes with all the meat options on a sandwich, topped with a rib. Pickles and onions served on the side. It is a lot to take in. Probably too much meat on a sandwich so you have to open it and pick at the meat. You do get beans on the side which are amazing! I believe they have bbq sauce on the inside . The pickles are sweet which are not my favorite. The service is amazing! Food come out quick!

Shoutout to Tender Smokehouse. Their customer service is always on point, but on this busy Saturday night, they are on their game. We were doing takeout and ordered when we arrived. They always provide you with cups to get yourself a drink while you wait. We were sitting at a table waiting for our order and a lady came to ask if she could get us anything while we waited. We had only been there a couple minutes at that point. We said thank you were good. A few minutes later a gentleman brought us a boat of homemade potato chips to enjoy while we waited. I honestly think the wait was about 10-15 minutes as busy as they were.
