Chicken meal was great. just did not get my dessert Colonels Homestyle Brownie to finish it off. very disappointed about not receiving the Colonels Homestyle Brownie .

It was a great choice! The service was excellent, especially when the baked beans were brought to our table with a cheerful Happy New Year greeting. It's wonderful to see the restaurant so busy right now, and I hope other customers recognize the hard work that goes into creating this experience. Well done, and thank you!

I visited a bustling restaurant and was genuinely impressed by the service. A blonde woman in glasses, who appeared to assist in various areas of the establishment, provided the best service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. She was extremely friendly, upbeat, and quick to help. The food was delicious, and she even offered valuable recommendations from the menu. I was also impressed by the older blonde woman at the drive-thru; she filled my drink cup behind the counter so I could spend more time with my children. All the employees worked exceptionally hard, resulting in a pleasant experience. Lunch on a Friday was made effortless. Thank you!

The food was served hot, but they didn't have a half-gallon of tea available, so I ended up getting four cups instead. I ordered an eight-piece bucket, but it included only two large pieces; the rest were small and had little to no meat.

There was no spice in the dish, and the dipping sauce was not hot. I later made a phone call to address my concerns, but it wasn't very satisfying. Overall, it was decent.
